Bill Friley

Bill is President, Chief Executive Officer of Telluride Oil & Gas, and Skyeland Oils, both of Calgary, Alberta (private oil and natural gas companies). He is also a Lead Director of Oil Sands Underground Mining Corporation, an oil sands exploration and production company based in Calgary and is a director of Silverstar Drilling Corp., a service rig drilling company operating in Alberta and based in Calgary.

Previously, Bill was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Energy Corporation and Chairman of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers from 2000-2001. He is Past Chair of the Regional Board of the Nature Conservancy of Canada and a member of the National Board of Directors.

Bill graduated with a degree in Geology from the University of Colorado in 1978 and has explored for and produced oil and natural gas throughout western Canada for more than 30 years.

George Crookshank

George has over 30 years of financial experience in the oil and gas industry, serving as Chief Financial Officer for private and public companies for over 20 years. His most recent experience was with OPTI Canada where he assisted in the raising of approximately $5 billion of debt and equity from 2001 to 2006.

George retired from OPTI in Q1 2007 and sits on the boards of four private companies.

He is a chartered accountant with an MBA from the University of Alberta and received degrees in Education and Business Administration from Acadia University.

Len Johnson

Len is President of AFTI and has 30+ years of experience in working with and building entrepreneurial technology companies. Prior ventures include Enhance Systems and Advanced Measurements.

Len has a BA from University of British Columbia, and an MBA from University of Western Ontario. In 2012, Len was nominated for the 2012 Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the Year National Award.

J. Marshall Dodson

James was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Key Energy Services, on March 25, 2013. He joined Key as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer on August 22, 2005 and served in that capacity until being appointed Vice President and Treasurer on June 8, 2009. James will continue to serve as Treasurer until the Board appoints a new treasurer. From February 6, 2009 until March 26, 2009, he served in the additional capacity as interim principal financial officer. Prior to joining Key, James served in various capacities at Dynegy, an electric energy production and services company, from 2002 to August 2005, most recently serving as Managing Director and Controller, Dynegy Generation since 2003.

James started his career with Arthur Andersen LLP in Houston, Texas in 1993, serving most recently as a senior manager prior to joining Dynegy. James received a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993.

Steve Robb

Mr. Robb has over 25 years of experience in oil and gas software and technology segment. He has lead high performing teams at Telvent (Schneider), Pandell, CygNet Software (Weatherford), and Cimation (Accenture).  Throughout his career, Robb has developed and lead product marketing and positioning strategies to launch small or mid-sized companies into some of the most recognizable names in the industry.
